On behalf of the South East Wales Lesbian, Gay and Bisexual Forum, I’d like to invite you to attend our Health Matters event on Monday 29th October, from 7pm at Thru the Arch Club, 33a Stow Hill, Newport, NP20 1JH.

LGB people often express concerns about health services. We worry that prejudice might affect service provider’s attitudes to our health and sometimes we miss out on services to which we're entitled as a result.

Come and express your views at this meeting on accessing health services. The Forum wants to know if you’ve had bad or good experiences. We want to find out how things could be improved.

Topics include the Inside/Out Report on LGB people’s experiences of accessing health services, cervical screening, breast screening, testicular and prostrate cancer. Representatives from THT Cymru will also be present.

This will be an enjoyable relaxed evening. Refreshments will be provided and the bar will be open!
